Please bring your own full-suspension mountain bike (if you have one), a full-face helmet, and protective gear (back protector and knee pads at minimum). If you don’t have equipment (MTB or protection), we can recommend local rental shops. Don’t forget to bring your gloves as they’re typically not included in rentals.

Payment accepted: bank card and cash.

The event will only be canceled in case of dangerous weather conditions (you would be notified by email/SMS). Rain? For some, it’s a chance to improve – though we don’t recommend it for beginners. Questions? Contact us !

Yes, cancellations or rescheduling are possible. Please notify us by email or phone, specifying the name used for the booking. To help us manage arrangements, we kindly request at least 72 hours’ notice.

New to mountain biking but comfortable on a bike? Our beginner course is perfect for you! Already experienced? Jump straight to advanced training.

Yes, you’ll find dining options across the entire resort. For full-day outings, we’re happy to recommend great restaurants – just ask !

Group size: 3-8 riders (kept together). Larger groups? We assign dual instructors to ensure premium coaching and safety.

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 7 days before the reserved date, sessions are non-refundable but transferable (subject to availability).

• Within 7 days of the reserved date, sessions are neither refundable nor transferable.

• Special cases will always be considered, and MTB Collective is committed to providing the best possible service.

• If the session has not been prepaid, payment remains due in case of cancellation.

• Late arrivals or early departures do not entitle participants to any refund.

• In case of bad weather, any reserved service remains due as long as the activity is maintained by MTB collective.

• If we cancel, you will be refunded for any unused services, with no additional compensation.

Dispute Resolution – Consumer Mediation

In the event of a dispute between the Client and the company, both parties will attempt to resolve it amicably (the Client must submit a written complaint to the professional or, if applicable, to the professional’s Customer Service Department).

If no agreement is reached or if the professional fails to respond within a reasonable period of one (1) month, the Client (as defined by Article L.612-2 of the French Consumer Code) may refer the matter free of charge to a competent mediator listed by the Consumer Mediation Evaluation and Monitoring Commission under Article L.615-1 of the Consumer Code.

Safety

• Helmets are mandatory for all our MTB activities.

• Protective gear (eye, knee, shin, elbow, and back protection) is strongly recommended.

• Our instructors are state-certified and carry their own professional liability insurance.

• Instructors reserve the right to exclude a participant from the activity, cancel, or modify the program for the safety and best interest of the group.

• Each participant must confirm that they have no medical contraindications for sports activities or group participation (a medical certificate is required for unaccompanied minors).

• Participants must be covered by liability, accident, and assistance insurance (proof of insurance is required for unaccompanied minors).

• In accordance with the law, we recommend that all participants take out additional insurance for the relevant activities.
